Recommendation Business Card – Configuration & Implementation Terms

These terms apply to Ilgiz Khamzin, operating as a sole trader under the name BonPlace (the “Licensor”).

1. The Licensor undertakes to configure and deliver the Telegram bot that automates a partnership program within 7 calendar days from receipt of payment, unless the Licensee delays the submission of necessary materials. In such case, the delivery period shall be extended by the duration of the delay.

2. The Licensee shall review the delivered the Telegram bot upon receipt. Failure to raise any objections within 48 hours, or any commencement of use of the Telegram bot, shall constitute acceptance of all services as duly performed.

3. The Telegram bot that automates a partnership program is created by the Licensor at its sole discretion, in accordance with standard implementation practices. The Licensor may, at its discretion, suggest or apply bonus levels, reward rules, or other parameters. The Licensee shall only proceed with using the Telegram bot if all settings meet their expectations and function as intended.

4. Following configuration of the Telegram bot, the Licensor may, at its discretion, create and set up for the Licensee a landing page. The Licensor may also, at its discretion, create other content for the Licensee.

5. The landing page is created on the Licensor’s platform. Its technical support is provided at no additional charge. The Licensor reserves the right to modify or replace the landing page at its sole discretion if deemed more effective.

6. For the purpose of performing this agreement, the Licensee grants the Licensor the right to use publicly available materials (such as company name or public social media content), as well as any other materials provided by the Licensee.

7. These Configuration & Implementation Terms form an integral part of the Terms of Service published at https://bonplace.com/en/terms and are subject to all provisions contained therein. Any matters not expressly addressed herein shall be governed by the Terms of Service.
