Delivery Policy
Effective Date: 21 October 2025
This Delivery Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which DIGITAL ALGORITHM SPC (the “Licensor”) provides access to and delivers licenses for use of the BonPlace service (the “Service”) to the Licensee.
Use of the Service and/or purchase of a license constitutes full acceptance of this Policy by the Licensee.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Policy governs the procedure for granting access, connection, and delivery of licenses related to the Service by the Licensor.
1.2. This Policy applies to all Licensees who purchase or use the Service.
2. Method of Delivery
2.1. Delivery consists of providing the Licensee with access to the Service via a Telegram bot or similar integration.
2.2. Delivery is deemed completed upon:
– connection of the Telegram bot to the Service and confirmation of functionality; or
– provision of access to the Service’s core features.
2.3. The Licensor may notify the Licensee of delivery completion via email or through the Telegram bot.
3. Timeframes and Notifications
3.1. Standard delivery time is up to 5 business days after full payment (if applicable) and receipt of all required information from the Licensee.
3.2. A different delivery timeframe may be agreed upon in writing between the parties.
3.3. In case of a delay caused by the Licensor, the Licensee will be notified and offered a revised delivery schedule or alternative solution.
4. Licensee’s Responsibility
4.1. The Licensee is responsible for providing all necessary data, credentials, and technical access required for the integration and configuration of the Service.
4.2. The Licensor is not liable for delays or failed delivery due to missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the Licensee.
5. Post‑Delivery Modifications
5.1. After delivery is completed, the Licensee may request additional modifications or changes. Such requests are considered new services and are subject to separate fees or agreements.
5.2. The Licensor is not obligated to make such changes free of charge unless otherwise agreed.
6. Third‑Party Factors and Force Majeure
6.1. The Licensor is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: outages of the Telegram platform, hosting disruptions, sanctions, regulatory changes, or third-party interference.
6.2. In such events, the Licensor will notify the Licensee and propose alternative actions.
7. Delivery Confirmation
7.1. The Licensor maintains records of delivery and access transfer, including activity logs, timestamps, and Licensee confirmations.
7.2. The Licensee is deemed to have accepted the delivery if they begin using the Service or do not submit a justified written complaint within 3 calendar days after receiving delivery confirmation.
8. Termination of Access
8.1. If the license agreement is terminated, delivery is considered complete and no further delivery steps will be taken.
8.2. The Licensor reserves the right to disable access to the Service if the Licensee violates the Terms of Use, payment obligations, or other contractual duties.
9. Additional Terms
9.1. The Licensor may update this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the official website with the effective date clearly stated.
9.2. This Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9.3. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the terms of a payment provider (e.g. Checkout.com) or applicable law, the payment provider’s or legal rules shall prevail.
